It was very therapeutic to express what I was going through as best
as I could. Looking back I think I captured it fairly well. One
positive thing that has come out of writing the book is that those
who have read it are usually very sympathetic, and particularly in
regards to depression, the book builds empathy for those with this
affliction, and lets those suffering from it know someone has been
there too.
