I get pleasure in writing about things I know and sharing my knowledge with the readers. For example, as I have developed a reasonable amount of mastery on hand shadows, I thought I should write a book on hand shadows so that those who are interested in learning this unique art can learn to create shadow images. That was how I came to write my first book ‘Fun with Hand Shadows’

Sati Achath: I grew up in a small town called Thrissur in Kerala, in India. Yes, I used to read a lot during my childhood and in my college days. My pen friends and my other friends had commented that I had a very good style of writing letters and that my writing was humorous.

My earliest influence was my father. He was a well read man and he had a wide range of interests on many subjects. My father encouraged me to participate in extracurricular activities. He was the most gentle person one could ever think of, and he never used to get angry, he was very patient, and he had a very good sense of humor.
